They keep missing an item or 2 most times when u order I reached out for them to look into i paid for next day delivery stuff didnt show up no apology nothing the things came and 2 items were missing only for the stupid company to accuse me of fraud and banned me from shopping with them very bad company awful services never have I been treated so bad

Putting it lightly I purchase £80 plus worth of new cloths ( fort I would give boohoo a second chance after such poor customer service on my last order ) purchase 2 X pair of jogging bottoms, one white one black, went to put them on and had body hair ( putting it lightly ) on it. Clearly had been warn then flogged of to me, went on chat to customer services and they want a photo, believe me I was quick to get them off my legs and in the bin. Do not buy from boohoo, cheap and nasty with poor customer services.

Poor quality

I ordered 2 dresses from the website. It was advertised £1.99 delivery if ordered b4 midnight that day but I was charged £4.99.
The dress that I preferred could not be delivered as was out of stock even tho it was still on the website and the other dress delivered was extremely poor quality and so was returned. The returns policy posted on the website said that if I returned my order within 14 days and cancelled my contract I would hv my delivery fee refunded too. To date and several complaint emails later they r still refusing to refund my delivery postage cost. I will never order from this website again and would not recommend it to any of my friends or family.

I would give full marks only for the delivery service they use. My order was put through as delivered but I hadn't received it. I got onto customer service once I'd realised and they were straight on the ball. I had the option of a refund or for them to resend the order. I had asked if I could get a refund for two of the items and if I could get one of the items resent and they done it for me no problem. Thanks to Joeylyn and Eira for your quick response!

Next day delivery con

Paid for next day delivery, and from previous experience and reviews boohoo rarely delivery next day, and will not refund for it either, rude customer service - 'Siobhan' - saying tuff really, extremely poor

Steer clear... poor quality and no customer service!

I had to click on a star even though this joke of a company does not deserve one.
I ordered ~(first time) some clothing and wanted to return, doesn't recognise the order number so I can't return the items. Sent numerous email with screen shots etc. to their customer service, I just get ignored. I have threatened to go to the ombudsman, they don't care. I will NEVER EVER again have anything to do with this company, Atrocious customer service. I don't know how they are still operating.

Worst customer service ever.

Worst customer service ever.I made an order on the 16th and still nothing came and the tracking shows nothing . I keep telling them I'm leaving the country on the 15th and I need the clothes for my trip and they say if you don't receive by the 15th I should contact them so they can assist me! Wow really wow! What? How will you assist me? You will send them half way through the sky and I take them from there? All I need is a freaking update on the status of the shipment. Other clothing company that is using the same shipping company are contacting the shipping agent . Buy why would you care? Definitely not buying again

Very poor service

Placed an order and paid £4.99 for next-day delivery. Order did not arrive. Complained and they refunded £1.00 against the delivery cost (difference between next-day delivery and two day delivery). Still not received order. First time I have used this company and will not come back. Very poor.

Great customer service

I had a problem with a gift card. It was resolved within hours thanks to Nicole. Very polite and friendly. Great customer service!
